This year, our talented mixologists have come up with two new poptail offerings that are sure to bring out the inner kid in our hotel guests and San Antonio residents alike.”

Mango Margarita
(Recipe makes one margarita)
1 ½ oz. Silver Tequila
1 fresh squeezed lime
2 oz. Agave Mix (premix ½ cup hot water and ½ cup agave nectar stir and set aside)
Add all ingredients into a mixing glass filled ½ with ice, shake well and pour into a glass.
Add mango/tajin popsicle to finish.
Mango/Tajin Popsicle Recipe
(Recipe makes one-half gallon)
24 oz. Orange Juice
24 oz. Mango puree
14 oz. Water
1/2 cup Tajin chili lime seasoning
Mix all ingredients and transfer into popsicle molds filled three-quarters full. Freeze, then drop one popsicle into the margarita cocktail and enjoy!
Valencia Dream
(Recipe make one-half gallon)
40 oz. Orange Juice
10 oz Vanilla Schnapps
10 oz. water
6 oz. cherry juice
Mix all ingredients and transfer into popsicle molds filled three-quarters full. Freeze, then place one popsicle into a coupe glass filled with prosecco and enjoy!
